Le projet fut accepté le 28 janvier 1970 dans le cadre de la construction de l'autoroute Highway 90 et fut achevé en 1973 et est composé de 7 ponts et viaducs. Il dessert l'autoroute Hghway 90 qui va jusqu'au quartier financier mais également l'autoroute Highway 595 en direction de Tokyo et la Highway 285 en direction de l'aéroport. Voici les images:
